1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Al Marouf Furniture & Curtains Tr. website and services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use our website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Custom Orders and Measurements
Al Marouf specializes in bespoke, made-to-measure curtains and custom furniture.
- Accuracy: While we offer a Free Measurement Service in Dubai and Sharjah, if a customer provides their own measurements, they assume full responsibility for the accuracy of those measurements.
- Modifications: Once a custom order goes into production, modifications or cancellations may not be possible without incurring additional charges.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted by our Custom Curtain Studio (CPQ tool) are estimates. Final pricing is subject to an in-person measurement and consultation.
- A non-refundable advance payment (usually 50%) is required to commence production of custom furniture and curtains.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to or upon delivery and installation.
- All payments are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
4. Delivery and Installation
We provide delivery and professional installation services across the UAE. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fabric availability, shipping delays). We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products (custom-made curtains, upholstery, and furniture), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has commenced or the product has been delivered, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If an item is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of installation, and we will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Al Marouf Furniture & Curtains Tr. owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
